Anderson Wise concentrates his practice in the areas of business law,
real estate and trusts and estates administration and planning. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Military Institute in 1960 and his Juris degree from the University of Virginia Law School in 1963. Mr. Wise served in the U.S. Army from 1963 to 1965 and was
discharged with the rank of Captain. Mr. Wise has formerly served as Jefferson County Attorney and
as an Assistant Counsel to the NYS Senate Majority. Active in community affairs, Mr. Wise served for ten years on the
Board of Directors of the Northern New York Community Foundation, Inc.
and as its President during 1993-1994, and serves as an officer and
director of several other community organizations.
