 Dennis G. Whelpley |
Dennis G. Whelpley has practiced in the areas of litigation, real estate,
financing and business law, but now concentrates on education and municipal law and finance. He was graduated from Alfred University and Albany Law
School. Upon graduation, he served for four years in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, with his last two years at Fort Drum,
New York. Mr. Whelpley helped establish the Watertown office of Bond, Schoeneck & King of which he became a partner. Mr.
Whelpley is the responsible firm attorney for several area towns, villages and school districts. Both Mr. Whelpley and Attorney
Leslie H. Deming are "red book" listed municipal bond attorneys. |
