 Keith B. Caughlin |
Keith B. Caughlin has
a general trial practice, including the areas of real estate disputes, education law, municipal law, insurance defense, personal injury and
commercial disputes. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1982 (B.A. English) and from Notre Dame Law School in 1985
(J.D.). He served in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, with the 10th Mountain
Division (Light Infantry) and the 2nd Infantry Division, Korea. In 1990, Mr. Caughlin started a civil litigation practice in
Northern New York. He currently represents individuals, businesses, municipalities and
school districts in State and Federal Court, at the trial and appellate levels. His trial practice is centered in Jefferson
County but includes Oswego, Lewis, St. Lawrence and Franklin Counties.
Mr. Caughlin is involved with the Fort Drum Regional Liaison Organization, Catholic Charities for the Diocese of Ogdensburg and the
Downtown Business Association. |
