From Syracuse, take route 81 north to exit #44. Exit is marked "Watertown Center".

At end of off-ramp, turn left at stop sign.

Turn right at next stop sign, onto Rices road (Route 232).

Continue about two miles to next stop sign, and turn left onto route 11 (outer Washington street).

Continue about three + miles, into the city. 

Look for Best Western on the left. Traffic lights both before and after Best Western. In block beyond Best Western, look for large white marble building on right, with lions out front. This is Flower Memorial library. Next to that is a large granite building with signs "Agricultural Insurance Company" on top, and "Smith Barney" on wall in front. This is 215 Washington street. Driveway is beyond building. Parking lot in rear.

There is an elevator located at the back of the building, right off the parking lot (green door). Office is on the second floor. When exiting the elevator, follow the hallway all the way to the front of the building. Office reception area is on the left.

if coming from Utica on route 12, take route 12 to the flashing light just after Burrville. Turn left at light. This becomes Gotham street in the city. Take Gotham street to Thompson blvd. Which is at the foot of the hill (steep) just past Thompson park, which would be on your right (stone pillars around perimeter). Turn left onto Thompson blvd. And proceed to stoplight (rte. 11). Turn right and follow rest of above directions.
